Day 7 – What A Day!!!

I can honestly say that I felt as good as the title suggests, all day today! I woke up this morning ready to go to school and as a group we went into the morning cooking session ready to get on with the tasks at hand. Yesterday we saw the other Intense Diploma group take on the same menu and they got done at 1:25pm. Our group were quietly going in with the ethic that we were going to knock it out of the park!
