Day 5 – Food Hygiene

Well despite the fact that I was a Safety Coordinator in a former life I have to say that the name of this really says it all. It is a very important part of the course obviously, because it’s about protecting the people who will ultimately eat your food, but it is a very factual day where a lot of information is given to you and you just have to take it onboard. I did get the impression at one point that I was asking too many questions so I backed off. Does this really surprise anyone though?!?! Nah I didn’t think so… 😉
