Sailed Passed 3,000 Hits!

Chicken Marinade – Citrus, Ginger & BEER!!!

As promised here is the recipe card from the demonstration I helped out with the other week. A handful of fresh clean flavours put with your favourite cuts of chicken and 24 hrs later you have a really light BBQ dish. I paired it with a very simple tomato and basil salad dressed lightly with olive oil and lemon juice.
