Taste of Christmas Day 2

Day 2 was just as epic as Day 1, but with maybe a little less of a frenzy in the prep kitchen. Everyone today came in on their own, or at most they had 1 other person with them. First up we had Ben Spalding, Head Chef of London Pop-Up Restaurant Roganic for Cumbrian Restaurant L’Enclume, which has just been named the UK’s No. 2 Restaurant for 2012. High standards indeed and the as the food cannot be given out to members of the public it was incredibly tasty too when it came back to our kitchen! 🙂 Read the rest of this entry
